"Our team worked with Mpact Consultancy to develop a program on equity in education to a national audience. Our core team of organizers ranged in size (from a handful to a couple of dozen people at various points in the project) and the work included programming a series of live events as well as establishing a framework for continued dialogue. Mpact collaborated with us to build a dynamic program that impacted hundreds of students and educators while also expertly moderating the panel discussion and helping us think through the nuances of creating an environment for open dialogue. More importantly, Mpact helped us to have the difficult conversations that NEEDED to happen internally to help us move forward as a team.
